1. Market research, feasibility studies, document preparation for licensing, registration and related permits. Business plan preparation to package potentially lucrative investment opportunities in the agricultural and mineral resources sectors
2. Provide a specialized service to protect investments. This department will closely monitor our investments and those of our clients to ensure success. This department consists of accountants, business analysts, lawyers and tax experts with a good knowledge of the tax code and investment codes of the host country. This department ensures that clients are fairly taxed under existing laws of the host country. Make sure that investors enjoy the full benefits of all the tax incentives put forth to promote foreign investments. Any discrepancies will be handed over to the legal team, who will proceed with full force, applying our in-house, very aggressive and persistent set of measures, including engaging the company’s strategic partners to correct the problem. The legal team will closely monitor each stage of our client’s investments to catch any attempts of extortion through bribery, scamming, and any other attempts to slow down the business process. This department has as its main focus, the protection of investments. If legal action must be taken, the company lawyers will be available for an additional fee, but maintain knowledge and resources of Massanga Group, LLC. Alternatively, the client may choose their own attorney.
3. Massanga Group, LLC. also provides consultation services which allows public access to our team of experts and our reservoir of business opportunities. Outside firms may also benefit from these services on how to grow and increase their market shares. Massanga Group’s counseling services will be available in different packages as clients needs may differ.
4. Assist in the vetting of potential partners for investors. A good reason for this service, is to help potential partners and investors avoid fraud and scams.
5. Assist in the recruitment of personnel for clients.
6. In the future, Massanga Group, LLC. IT division will be available for up-to-date IT counseling to help clients benefit from the latest technology to grow their businesses. This is an internet marketing platform designed by Massanga Group to facilitate the marketing of goods and services for its group of companies, investors, and external firms willing to take advantage of this tool. Each outside firm will be well-vetted to determine its legality and must be willing to abide by the terms and agreements of the African Common Marketplace. It will be a top priority to keep scammers off the African Common Marketplace.
